Halloween at Waterfall

Century Property Developments hosted the Waterfall Halloween event at The Villas last weekend with the theme Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead)!

Kids and adults dressed up and were treated with free face painting, sugar skull style before they set off into the four spooky houses for trick or treating. After filling their buckets full of sweets, guests attended the free outdoor movie screening of Coco, an appropriately themed movie to end the evening! Thank you to everyone involved for making this event a huge success.

Century staff now first aid trained

All of Century's sales consultants are now certified in first aid training in case of an emergency situation. The staff spent two days learning cpr, resuscitation and basic medical assistance to qualify for their level 1 first aid training certification. It gives us great pride and peace of mind to know our staff are capable of assisting should the need arise.

Join Century and JK Designs to discuss your unique home build needs and answer any questions you might have regarding the entire process from finding land to specifying the final artwork hanging on the walls. JK Designs will be featuring 4 Century approved designs in 3D videos and realistic imagery, and together with HLP will be featuring the designs in Virtual Reality format.

Clients will be able to do a virtual walk through the design to fully understand the design proposal. Part of the overall presentation will include a mock interior of a home built inside the sales office, this “home” will include a full Kitchen, Bathroom, Lounge and Dining room. Each space will be finished off with lighting, tiling, wall finishes, furniture, appliances and home automation.
