Meet your new estate manager; Dikane Mavunda

Dikane Mavunda has been employed by Trafalgar Property Management since 2003 in various roles. Dikane has managed properties in Pretoria, JHB inner city as well as Century’s Carlswald Luxury apartments. Apart from Estate Management experience, Dikane also has maintenance and letting experience.

Dikane is a family man with two children and is very passionate about football, cricket, rugby and property management. He is excited and looking forward to working in his new role as the Estate Manager of the sought after Blue Hills Equestrian Estate.

Inaugural colour run and ride at Blue Hills

Much fun and excitement was had by the participants in the inaugural Blue Hills Estate colour run and ride last Saturday 8 September. Organised by Like2Bike, this new concept was a big hit with runners and riders encountering colour explosions on the various routes. Reddford House Spring Day Walk

On Friday, 31 August, the students of Reddford House Blue Hills celebrated Spring with there first ever Spring Walk. We are very fortunate that the school borders the beautiful Blue Hills Estate, and the kids could use the pristine walking trails.

We would like to thank the staff and residents on the Estate for this kind gesture and patience with all our little ones. The children arrived at school hardly able to contain their excitement, and so did the parents. It was wonderful to see all the parents supporting the school and their children. Our walk started at 9:00 and we were privileged to have Mrs Burger at school to welcome our children and parents and to start off the race.

All our Early Learning School children participated in the walk from Stage 1 to Stage 5. There were pit stops along the way where everyone could enjoy ice-cold water and a refreshing apple. The walk was very relaxing and one of our parents commented that it was such a tranquil walk.

What a great way to start the day! By 10:00 everyone had completed the walk and we then had a huge family picnic in our playground. The weather was great and everyone agreed that it was a perfect day.
