Highlands Estate was Century Property Developments’ first residential project in the Midrand area, consisting of just 50 cluster units. The development was begun in 2002 and was based on a village-like layout with indigenous landscaping lining its network of streets. Units are finished in earth tones and natural wooden slatted pergolas adorn the large outdoor patios. The project sold out in record time, providing Century Property Developments with the confidence to take on larger projects in the same area.
