Designed and conceptualised in 2003, Fever Tree Estate was aimed at the cluster market within the Ruimsig area. This project proved to be a sound investment, with property values escalating well beyond expected rates since its completion in 2005. Purchasers were able to choose from highly customisable units offering features such as open plan volumes and under-floor heating as standard. This project comprises 92 newly built cluster units designed to each individual purchaser’s requirements. This was also one of the first developments in the area to incorporate indigenous landscaping - a trend that soon became popular in the surrounding developments.
