Get to know your area agent; Stuart Holliman

We sat down with Stuart recently to discuss his success at The Hills Estate and get to know him better.

Q: Tell us a little more about you?
Stuart:
I've been working with Century Property Developments for just over a year now, having started off in rentals at Carlswald Luxury Apartments in Midrand. I recently had the exciting opportunity to move up into sales at The Hills Game Reserve Estate here in Pretoria East. I've always had a passion for sales and marketing and the technical side of development and construction behind the scenes.

Q: What is your favourite aspect of The Hills Estate?
Stuart:
I would have to say my favourite aspects of the estate is the access to the game reserve to see the wild animals! The free gym in the estate at the clubhouse is also a great facility. One thing that blew my mind is the sheer scale of the estate and just what the estate has to offer buyers and investors.

Q: Give us three words to describe the estate?
Stuart:
It's a lifestyle

Q: Why should somebody invest at The Hills?
Stuart:
To not invest in the estate would be a mistake as it's the right product, at the right time at the right price for the Pretoria East market.

Q: Why are The Oval Apartments so unique?
Stuart:
What makes the Oval Luxury Apartments unique and stand out from the others is the quietness of the units and the location being just a few steps away from the game reserve area which is totally unique to The Hills.

Q: Give a piece of advice for would be investors.
Stuart:
The estate offers such a unique opportunity for investors to build a really special home. The developer is planning the exciting future phases of the estate to the point that there will be nothing like it in the whole of Pretoria East. Now is the time to invest at The Hills before values rise sharply. Secure estate living is the way forward, not only for peace of mind for family living but also an investment in one's lifestyle.

The Hills Estate 93% sold

There are only 70 stands left in The Hills Game Reserve Estate. Savvy purchases have already doubled their money, so can you. The new phases offer great value and the Estate an unrivalled lifestyle. Act now to avoid disappointment.

If you have been considering investing, your timing could not be better to secure your dream property. To enquire about a property, please don't hesitate to contact Francis on 082 806 1769 or francis@century.co.za

Demand soaring for rental apartments

Due to the unique position of The Oval Apartments inside The Hills Estate, the popularity and demand for rentals is skyhigh. The Estate actually cannot keep up with the current rental demand, which puts investment owners in a great position. "This is where opportunity lies", says Francis Monareng, Sales Manager at The Hills. "There are a very limited number of apartments still available from the developer from only R830,000 so it's an ideal time to invest in an Oval apartment and rent it out".

Sundowners Live Event

Residents and friends spent a relaxing afternoon on the clubhouse lawns enjoying the stunning African sunset at the recent Sundowners Live Pretoria event. Due to a family emergency, our singer Tony Bala was unfortunately not able to make it but the guests enjoyed their time nonetheless! Here are some of the lovely scenes from the afternoon.

Home Design Showcase a hit

This past weekend Century Property Developments hosted a Home Design Showcase with one of the top architectural firms in SA - JK Designs. They displayed 4 unique home designs, bought to life with actual samples of finishes and fittings. BG Construction were there to provide accurate build costings and show you how to customise your own finishing schedules.

It was a fantastic opportunity for clients to interact directly with the builders and architects and find out how to make their dream home in the countryside a reality!
